Sometimes to accomplish a clients goals and be within their budget, we divide a project into phases. This 3 Phase Basement remodel came together beautifully and provided the clients space to enjoy their hobbies and entertain. In phase one we created a craft room with custom cabinets and space to work by organizing her collection of crafts. In phase two we focused on the bar and game room for space to entertain and relax. We designed and installed new cabinets and a beverage fridge for storage and functionality. We selected new laminate counter tops and cabinet hardware to update and coordinate the space. To personalize their new gathering space, we added a family tree decal and some of the clients favorite family photos. In phase three we focused on accessories and organizing the exercise room. We used a lot of what the clients already had but invested in a new rug, floor lamp, new art and some small-scale furniture. To make the space cohesive we put a fresh coat of paint on the craft room, exercise room, and 1/2 bath.
