The Overland Park House project started with a master bathroom remodel but eventually became a full remodel throughout the house in preparation for resale. The remodel was completed in 6 months.

Studio a provided AutoCAD drawings to redesign the shower and bathtub area as well as a custom vanity solution. The bathroom has heated floors with all new tile. New plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint, and countertops gave the space a clean finish.

We darkened the stain on natural oaks cabinets throughout the kitchen and built-in spaces in the house. This got rid of the dated oak-look without painting and provided a more durable finish. A knockdown texture was added to to the ceilings instead of the old popcorn-look. New lighting, flooring, paint, and cabinet hardware made for easy updates to this home.
